Fantastic product, exceptional product and price offering by Flipkart. I had ordered this similar ac from the closest e- commerce competitor and they lacked a proactive approach when it came to exchange my old AC neither did they bother to resolve the issue and they bluntly said they will cancel the order without any solution. so far I thought that this e commerce site had the best deals in terms of pricing and fast delivery. After returning the AC I had checked in Flipkart but I was surprised to see they were offering the same product for a lower price by INR 1800 . I had immediately bought and it delivered promptly on Friday. but they said installation would be done on Sunday which I didn't want and wanted it to be done on Saturday. But they later said they'll do on Monday as sunday was a holiday :) I called Samsung customer care on Saturday and they assured their technician will come on Saturday evening itself !! as promised they came on time and did they job well. So I'm a happy customer with Flipkart with this purchase. On feedback to Flipkart would be to spend less on marketing and provide good customer experiences like this and these "experiences" are shared with community faster than typical marketing and advertising efforts. Job well done Samsung and Flipkart !!!

Exlent air conditioner, can cool whole room in just 2-3 min with Fast mode. low energy consumption, for 8hr it take only 3.5 unit at 28°celcious × 30days × 6 rupis= Approx 630rupies per month extra. with single cooling mode. get fitted ac in 499. and samsung service guy is also very cooperative. every thing is great.

AC is good, and there's no doubt regarding that. You can expect excellent quality from this product. But the installation charges were pathetic. Its better to buy from a local retail store, because many a times they provide the installation free of cost, and a free bracket is provided ( which is not included from online store, and they charged 750 for that.) they charged 500 for installation, and 1000 for 4ft extra copper pipe, and also 750 rs extra for 14ft water pipe.! So total of 3249rs.! Extra!!

Samsung youre the best. Leaders know what their customers want. Specifications is something that everyone delivers, but service is what only the leaders know how to provide. Installation was done on the same day. The make is top notch and unlike the oem made by others

Absolutely Superb .. Quieter than whisper in "Quiet" mode. Cooling is also nearly as good as can be expected for a 1-Ton capacity unit.

Awesome Ac ,excellent cooling,installation was done by Samsung executives smoothly ,installation charge was 1180,for outside unit bracket i have to pay separately, its been one week after installation the unit is running smoothly ,the look and finish of the unit is awesome.

After 7days of use no problem at all ac was smooth and best but installed was problem and 1 other thing remote screen black no light in remote in night it was problem but ac was best

Delivered on time. Installation done by Samsung which is good and clean. Took around 2500/- for installation , outdoor unit stand, extra Cooper pipes / water pipe. Cooling is faster. Cools a room in 15-20 mins. Energy efficient. Overall excellent product.

Superb value for money. Best recommended for new buyers and doubtful to buy AC.
