  I ordered Samsung AC and received the product on time. But the product was defective and I requested for replacement/refund. Flipkart handled the issue very promptly. My trust and confidence in Flipkart has increased even after receiving a defective product since the way and manner in which they handled the issue is worth admiring. I strongly recommend Flipkart over any other online-store. I am giving 4 stars because I could not get refund of installation charges of Rs 1150, otherwise Flipkart deserves 5 stars. Cheers!!
