Excellent product. Have been using it for past two years. Has been working perfectly. The food stays fresher compared to other refrigerators (double and single door). It has wheels at the bottom which makes it easy to move this giant when cleaning the floor under or behind it. Power consumption is less and hence can be used with an inverter. Transporting it can be a challenge as its very heavy. Takes about 5 people to pick it up.

Though I did not buy this from Flipkart as it was not available in my area a couple of weeks ago, but we are very happy with the product. Very good quality and easy to use. It shows the current temperature of both freezer and fridge sections for a few seconds on the display every time door is opened. The recessed handles ensure that there is nothing sticking out that you can bump against. The only small negative is that the door requires a bit of force to open with one hand...maybe that is because it's still new and the rubber seal is still working over-efficiently. I hope this will become better with usage.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF THE LEFT PANEL IS ONLY FREEZER OR THERE ARE DIFFERENT SECTIONS OR IF IT IS CONVERTIBLE?

Love it just go for it it it is awesome but the magnet of the door is too efficient we cannot open the door with one hand

Bad product. Getting frequent issue. Rusting door. Leaking gas.

All gyan , dont buy any Samsung refrigerator mine is now in a condition which is unrepairable because there is gas leakage and they will take it off paying me only about 9000 for the freeze which i paid 80000 in oct 2015

Hopeless Fridge have taken it 3years ago and problems have been cropping up every year after the warranty period.
