Facebook is known to have brought small, but useful changes to the social networking site every now and then. Whether it is the addition of a video call button to profiles or allowing users to edit comments, Facebook has done it all. But it continues to experiment with features to not just simplify social networking for users, but make it more appealing than it was.

The latest one we hear is a revamped look for the Photos section. Now when you access photos above your Timeline, you are greeted with a rather beautiful mosaic view of pictures in different sizes. Earlier you could view photos segregated into Albums. The new display looks like this:

A new menu on top allows you to see photos you're tagged in, albums created and photos shared by you. You can choose to share 'Favourites' with friends by clicking star button that says 'Highlight' and appear on hovering over a photo.

The roll out of the new look begins today and is gradual. In case you're wondering why it hasn't shown up already, we suggest you wait for a couple of days.
