Problem with Sonly LCD panelsJanardhan YV (Apr 1, 2013) on FlipkartMy LCD panel gave picture problems after 3 years. I had to pay about thirty thousand to get it repaired. I felt really bad to choose and buy sony product. They claim lcd panels last many years about 10 to 15 years, which is a false claim. This is not power related issue too as diagnosed. Sony told me, it is electronics component so, it can fail any time without any reason. My model is W series model 46" purchased in 2009 aug.Is this review helpful?

Do NOT BUY SONYSuperuser (May 1, 2012) on FlipkartI bought SONY LCD and I dint know I bought huge disappointment...My LCD failed, we saw pictures with huge quality loss...intially they blamed cable tv. Later on I got to know it is ther standard practice to blame the cable operators..After a huge follow up also there was no attention given. The ordinary person like me became helpless..Inorder to not to happen this with someone else I decided to share my trauma so that needy can make a choice..Is this review helpful?
