The tablet comes with a 10.95-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1600x2560 pixels at a pixel density of 275 pixels per inch (ppi). Oppo Pad is powered by an octa-core processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Oppo Pad runs Android 11 and is powered by a 8,360mAh non-removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Pad on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The Oppo Pad runs ColorOS 12 is based on Android 11 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Oppo Pad measures 252.20 x 163.80 x 7.00mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 510.00 grams. It was launched in Black, Purple, and Silver colours.
Connectivity options on the Oppo Pad include USB Type-C and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.
As of 1st November 2025, Oppo Pad price in India is expected to start at Rs. 27,370.
