Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One is a remaster of Tales of Vesperia for the PS3, a role-playing game that released exclusively in Japan on September 17, 2009. Tales of Vesperia for the PS3 was itself a port of Tales of Vesperia for the Xbox 360 that originally hit the international shelves a year earlier. This makes Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition the first version of the game to be available on a non-Microsoft console outside of Japan.
