Last Week, Reliance Jio announced its new data plans and as the trend follows in Indian Telecom market, other players have now come into action. Aircel on Monday announced its new Rs. 333 pack called RC 333 data plan, which has been described by the company as its 'best ever'. The Aircel Rs. 333 pack provides users with 30GB of 3G data for a period of 30 days with no daily usage limits. Notably, this offer has only been announced for Karnataka region by the company.

All Aircel customers with 2G, 3G or 4G handsets can avail this offer, but will be limited to 3G speeds. Users can either opt to recharge with the new plan via e-recharge or by dialling USSD - 121333#. To recall, Aircel announced a new prepaid pack last week, priced at Rs. 348, which gives users 1GB of data and unlimited calls for 84 days as well, totalling 84GB data for the period.

Kanwarbir Singh, Circle Business Head of Karnataka region at Aircel, was quoted as saying in the release, "With an overall upsurge in the smartphone users in India, our newly introduced data recharge RC 333 will provide the consumers to have an uninterrupted access to the internet with best value for money products and enjoy the unexplored world of videos, music, movies and entertainment. RC 333 is by far the best value proposition in the market as the offer is open for all customers with all types of handsets be it 2G, 3G or 4G."

The Mukesh Ambani-led company is now offering 84GB at Rs. 399, with a daily cap at 1GB. With the Rs. 309 and Rs. 509 Jio plans, the company is offering 1GB and 2GB of data per day respectively. The validity of the plans has also been extended from 28 days to 56 days.

The Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 9,999 plans with 180-day (350GB) and 360-day (750GB) validities have also been upgraded to provide 210-day (380GB) and 390-day (780GB) validity periods.
