The message read, “Last evening, we encountered a network outage in few areas of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Our team worked diligently overnight to resolve the issue. Our services have been fully restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.”
