Great product.. Though I am using it for only one day but the service I got from Amazon and Voltas is really phenomenal. I ordered it on 19th May 2018 Afternoon, Got Delivery on 22nd May 2018 at 8 AM from amazon and it has been installed on 22nd May 2018 itself by voltas at 3 PM. So far I have used it the air-condition is really nice. Thanks Amazon and Voltas for such experience.

This AC is a good buy.Cooling is really good and its price is good too.I am happy with the product and delivery from Amazon.

Product is good only concern is the installation team , they don't come prepared with the stuffs required for the job, they asked my 80 year dad to get cement and other stuff, which obviously we did not agree with.

Very good cooling

I purchased this AC from the local dealer in Chennai for 31k & installation charges just 499. I am writing this review after 3 days of installation. Aesthetically its awesome. Cooling is very good & its value for money. Service of Voltas is very good in Chennai & they don't overcharge. I strongly recommend this latest 2019 model from Voltas, you can buy it without a second thought. Happy summer.

Most AC mechanics suggest Voltas AC and now I know why they suggest it. I am using it on my living room which slightly bigger. The cooling effect is so quick

It's been only a few days since we got the ac installed. Can't comment on the energy efficiency right now. But yes, it's definitely value for money, very low ambient noise and very efficient. You should go for this.. The technicians from voltas initially requested us to arrange for a labour, citing lockdown norms that police doesn't allow two people on a bike. We had clearly told the person that it's not at all feasible. Yet, after a day or two they installed. They are very experienced and skilled manpower. In fact very humble and they try to cater to ur needs to the extant possible. Happy with Amazon and voltas☺

I am surprised after I bought the ac that offline purchased installtion charge is only Rs. 499 plus gst and online purchased installation charge is Rs. 1500 plus gst. This is ridiculous! So as a result the discount I got through amazon indirectly going to spend behing voltas! Also Voltas adds all charges extra to the billing apart from the installation. So installtion charge becomes a big amount for Voltas. I am utterly disgusted with such kind of service truly.....
