Surprised that Flipkart sells this AC at such a low cost .. Delivery in just a day and Installation on the immediate next day! U can believe this since it is from the Flipkart's Own retailer WS Retail

The initial product was a lil bit damaged but the flipkart people promptly replaced with a good one...

Its been more thn a month ,working fine. installation charges was costly, delivery and price was good.

A/C works really good and product is good but the person who come for the a/c fitting/installation is bad. he make the fitting and asking the money for extra pipe. actually there was no need of it still he charge me. he started fitting with me saying if you don't want i will remove everything and do it with what ever you want. at the end, the installation agency give me bad experience. be careful.

Not Bad. AC Ok. Service Very Worst. I have raised complaint in flipkart also but no use. Installation team started work after 2 days of delivery and they fit ac 1.5 days. I already have stabilizer, power point all ready condition. No proper Engg is there. very worst. Ac is ok. not very much impress but i bought for 33K so its fine for me.

We ordered this piece on 20th April and it was delivered on 24th April (Friday) morning. We were informed by Flipkart that we will get a call from Voltas engineer soon and someone from Voltas will come and install it asap. They asked our preference for day & time and we told them Saturday 25th April. However it is now Monday 27th April night and so far no one has called or come from Voltas to install it. Nor we have got a call from Flipkart as to whether we got a call from Voltas and whether the AC bought through them was installed or not. This gives the feeling that objective of Flipkart to sell and make money that's all after that they do not care about the customer. The service is pathetic not only from Voltas but also from Flipkart. Flipkart does not have any system to followup & check whether such items once sold through Flipkart are also installed by the company/ seller or not. In future I would not like to buy any FMCG product from Flipkart no matter how much discount they show. At least if I would have bought this from a normal dealer they would have got the installation done promptly and would have done the desired followup too. I think Flipkart is only capable of selling electronic and mobile devices which once sold do not require any installation or followup from the manufacturer/dealer. If Flipkart is selling such products then at least they should take the commitment from the dealer/manufacturer regarding post sale services also

So i bought this thinking its offering such a great discount & I trust Flipkart for after service. But i must say its super POOR response for installation service. The installation was faulty and flipkart is not scheduling any visits to check and resolve the issue. Calling since 20 days. Should better buy offline so that you can avail service if something is not done right!! So, BEWARE before you buy!
