Passenger carmaker, Hyundai Motor India, has launched an integrated service mobile application 'Hyundai Care' for its customers on Android.

The application can be downloaded from Google Play store, and Hyundai says that it will be arriving soon listed Apple's App Store.

The mobile app will offer customers service support, service network related information, car service calculator and service appointment utilities among others.

The app is GPS-enabled and offers a pan-India dealer search on a real time basis. It also offers features like a GPS enabled trip meter (through the phone's accelerometer), reviewing vehicle service history, labour charges, insurance calculator, timely service reminder and other notifications. The app also allows customers to connect with Hyundai emergency service or road side assistance.

The Hyundai Care app stays connected to the Internet and owners of Hyundai cars need to register their vehicles by entering the car's VIN to benefit from the app's service assistance features.

Commenting on the launch of the Hyundai Care, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motor India said, "We have developed Hyundai Care service mobile app to provide features that give real- time benefits to the customer. We feel the Hyundai Care application will allow them to experience Hyundai services in a digitise and exciting new platform. This is another step in leveraging the potential of mobile technology to offer convenience and value to our customers."

The Hyundai Care app also allows users to give feedback related to Hyundai dealers and the availed services. Users can integrate their calendar with the app and get reminders about various activities, share updates on Hyundai India Facebook and Twitter and receive promotional offers from the company.
