Rovio has launched its new game Bad Piggies today for Android, iOS and Mac platforms. Available now in Google Play, iOS App Store and Mac App Store, the game is free for Android users, while others will have to pay from $0.99 to $4.99.

Slightly similar to Rovio's previous title Amazing Alex, Bad Piggies also involves tasks like building vehicles to help transport Piggies to safety. According to Rovio, the title will be available soon on Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.

If previous titles from Rovio are any indication, we expect Bad Piggies to be an instant hit.

"We've never done anything like this," said Petri Jarvilehto, EVP of Games. "Where Angry Birds was all about destruction, Bad Piggies is all about the joy of construction. It's not just about getting three stars in this game, failing is almost as much fun as succeeding!"
