Great laptop..good and vivid visuals..full HD-1080p screen..Speaker are very loud and u won't need headphones while watching movie ...Overall amazing performance laptop..

The Asus logo came off just after a few days. Overall it is nice.

With the support of drivers in only Windows 10 how can the manufacturers think of only 4GB RAM. It is painfully slow when I use the laptop in Windows 10. Have to use the laptop in performance mode, leaving a blunt display. After 1 year of purchase few keys in the laptop keypad stopped working. Since laptop was out of warranty, had to buy new keyad and fit the same. The same kind of problems in the new keypad as well after almost a year of working. I had no alternative but to use a usb keyboard which is sick & pathetic. Asus quality has just dropped and has become pathetic. They need to seriously looked into their laptop manufacturing processes. Please improve your quality & reliability

Very disappointed by Asus because the laptop automatically shut down when I use it frequentlyAfter it shut down instant when I on it

Please do not buy go for other brand laptop.Laptop switch off in between of task even battery is full and screen not recognize running word on screen.Battery back up very poor. Poor quality material used.

I got this product on 30 June 2017. Got defected product. It is having defected motherboard and battery. I wanted to return the product but Amazon didn't give that chance as I applied for it every time it give Asus customer care no. After calling there there response is poor still did not got it repaired as of 22 July. And moreover return date is closed on 13 July just in 13 days. Now Asus customer care is also not working.Feeling betrayed. My advice is don't buy online. Instead buy it from shoppee as u can choose working product and u will not get frustrated like me.Zero star for this product.
