Product is good. Sound level is moderately low.Much lower than many high sounding MNC brands. Installation is not fast and troublesome. They initiated installation and cancelled suo motto. Not expected of FLIPKART. They however, sms number of local blue star dealer who was prompt enough.

Was delivered next day, and installation done a day after. Installation by Blue Star team in Gurgaon, done efficiently and they followed up regularly to get it completed on time. AC working good as expected, cooling is fine, but the feature I liked most is Low noise.
