Nice fridge, super colour, l got the best one But l have problem in my fridge, when fridge got started, after 5 minutes , l heard sound like anything in fridge was fall! Can flipkart will call bosch engineers, can fix my problem? I am not satisfied with your service

Refrigerator performance is very good, liked it. Flipkart delivery was prompt as expected, which is great. However i face one issue with this refrigerator,, when the compressor starts from sleep mode it make a crackling noise every time for few seconds, sometimes noise is loud. I'm told by Bosch technical person that this is normal functionality of Bosch refrigerators which I'm still not convinced.
