Excellent Product. On time delivery and installation. The AC IDU and ODU (Cyclojet) is silent and cooling is also effective for a 130 Sq.Ft. room. The installation was done by Carrier authorised dealer M/s Siddhi Enterprises whose service was good.

Wonderful product. My room size is 120 sq.ft. at ground floor. It takes 15 to 20 min to cool the room. Value for money. Delivered on time. Installation charged Rs. 1800/-. Now waiting for electric bill. Five star for product, five star for delivery and 4 star for installation.

Excellent product. I am using this in my office of 9 X 17 and it chills the office within 10 minutes. I have to keep it above 26+ otherwise it cools the office too much in very short time. Best AC i have ever purcahsed. Very silent operation. No noise at all.

Nice AC at a decent price and lots of good features generally found on expensive ones. Efficient cooling and personally I like the cyclo-design condenser it looks cool n attractive apart from efficient functioning. Wish Carrier could also offer a heat pump with this. One thing I simply dislike is the White led display, which is common nowadays and can be used as a night bulb, for me the conventional blue/green small display is much better in every way.

4 STAR as per my review 1> There is no indicator for turbo mode. You have to identify with FAN speed. 2> Temprature from 17-30. 3> Always go for 1.5 ton. 4> outdoor is too noisy, 2 odu=1 cyclojet. 5> remaining is same like all ac's. 6> Indoor looks fine.

Too Good AC ... cools room so fast but installation experience was not good. Not expected from brand like carrier.

Excellent Product, very powerful, superfast cooling for a room of 120 sqft, the out door unit is a bit loud, but not a problem since four people should know you are using the ac also, not that you have just installed it...

Nice Product but outside top cover was broken. Finally I have continues call and followup with Customers Care and flipcart. Finally my complain was goes to under the Carrier customers care escalation manager. after 15 days they have changed it.

I already had used a 1 ton Panasonic and a Hitachi AC prior to this. This time I intentionally ordered 1.2 ton expecting better cooling than 1 ton ACs. The AC is great, no noise at all. Perfect cooling, performance better than a 1 tonner. Refrigerant 410A, and not R-22. The installation team was great too. However, the company product doesnt provide drainage pipe. Also, the copper wire provided with this unit fell short, and hence more copper wire had to be added to connect the indoor unit with thw outdoor unit. The shape of outdoor unit is cylindrical, which is a bit unusal. The installation team was doubtful if it would fit in the flowerbed. They did a great job of installing it specifically in that part of the flowerbed which is sparsely utilised. The installation cost me a total of Rs.3200/-, a bit on the higher side. But they did more than satisfactory job. Still feel going by the external looks of the indoor unit, it looks a bit older design. Hitachi and Panasonic ACs i have, look more elegant. All in All a good buy in Big Billion Sale.
