Bought it for the bed room sized about 12ftx14ft. Product was delivered on time well packaged without any outer damages. Fittings are long enough (probably about 12ft) and could easily reach the compressor on the plinth.Bedroom gets direct sunlight until noon and is hot most of the day. Cyclotron is new but seems to be doing the job efficiently without issues (its been only a month).The only comparison I can draw is with an LG 2 ton (older) which is somewhat noisy..carrier seems to be much quieter..even during nights..may be because its newer model.Haven't used any of the fancier features like follow me but it does have a heat mode which I might try during winter.All in all, a great buy and well worth the price.

Delivered with in 5 days from Noida to Chandigarh , Everything was fine. I have received inner & outer unit including 1 m copper pipe. However you have to call Carrier Customer service for installation request. They charged me Rs 1500 for installation and when I asked for outer unit stand they asked for Rs 800 that was ridiculously high . You can easily get it from any AC repair shop at Rs 250 . Thank You !! Rest Review I will share during summer season when We will be running AC almost 7-8 hours :)

Excellent split AC, Timely delivery by Amazon. However for Installation , follow up with Amazon for two days and finally good job done by the technician.AC is Functional and effective...

Good air conditioner. Follow me function , lit up remote etc are pro's. Noisy outdoor unit..

Performance is good if this ac is installed wisely and bill will be less if used wisely.For any home ac in India to get less bill, do not use ac more than 5 hours a day and less than 24C set point...

Dont buy this AC go for LG.

I am writing this review based on my 7 days experience.Positives : Quick delivery, Quick installation.- My AC was delivered within 2 days of my order.- Installed on same day of delivery.- Nice cooling.Negatives :- Outer unit cyclojet needs 4 ft. space above. So you must have space. It is not mentioned anywhere in product description. So it can change your installation planning of outside unit. Installation cost me 4400 INR as i had to buy extra copper pipe and wires and it cost me 250 INR per ft. If i had an idea about space(4 ft. space above outdoor unit) requirement for cyclojet, I would have not bought this AC.- Little more noise in cyclojet unit compared to normal unit.- Sometime noise from inside unit's fan too.- Installation guy had not given bill for installation cost.

Not satisfied with the product .My room Size is 9X10,even though taking too much of time get cool.

Firstly. The installation guy did not call or arrive. After giving an official complaint then they showed up and it took them 2 days extra to install the AC.Secondly.The quality of the AC is not that effective as I expected. It takes a lot of time to cool down even at 17�Thirdly.Don't go for this product. Its a waste of money. You can get the same 1ton quality in a cheaper price than this.And after 15 days of purchase the water is leaking in my room and I have to call the guy to fix it for me :(
