The OPPO Pad Mini runs ColorOS 16 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The OPPO Pad Mini measures 194.38 x 132.38 x 5.46mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 282.00 grams. It was launched in Mint Green, Monet Purple, and and Space Gray colours.

Connectivity options on the OPPO Pad Mini include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, and GPS. Sensors on the tablet include ambient light sensor, barometer, gyroscope, and accelerometer.
