the product is good and i purchased it from ws retail . i found the item is good and delivered within 3 days . the packing was good and there is no damage. installation is also good . i call the daikin customer care and installation done in 1 day. i love to purchase from flipkart and i will recommend to all my friends to purchase it from here because flipkart gives the lowest price. installation cost may vary person to person but approx 5000 is the installation charge including copper pipe, power cord, stand, tape,water pipe etc.

I booked this AC on flipkart on Thursday and got delivery on Sunday 26th April. Sturdy outdoor unit. Decent indoor unit. According to the specs it is energy efficient but i still have to see if that is true when i get my electricity bill for the month of May. It can really get unbearably hot and humid in Bombay In the month of May. I booked the installation at the daikin call center a day before the AC was delivered. Daikin has provided the copper tubing required for the ac installation in the box of the unit. So my installation cost was just Rs.2768. I also had to get an AC point done in my bedroom which cost me Rs.2050 For a 10meter line from the mains. My local electrician did that in a couple of hours. It takes upto 20minutes to cool the room. I am fairly happy with the daikin service, flipkart delivery is excellent and got the installation done the same day as it was delivered to me. The outdoor unit is huge. I love the product and the service too. Thanks Daikin and thanks Flipkart too. This is the most expensive product ive purchased online to date.

The product does not come with copper tube and had to pay extra for it. Total installation costs came upto 4k INR (Including setup and copper tube costs). About the air conditioner - Cools up the room very quickly. I have an adjacent room that is another 150sq feet. The adjacent room and my room has windows for an opening. Sometimes, I open up the windows and both rooms(Total 300sq feet approx) get cooled really well (However the adjacent room is less cool while my room gets too cool too fast). Decent purchase. Also, I got to buy this AC at an amazing deal. Only costed me 38,500 INR. Really satisfied with installation guy - He called me up several times and followed up diligently. I am from Chennai FYI.

While purchasing AC for my room I researched lot and zeroed on this AC. Here in local Pune market this AC was not available instead PRV16 was available (older one) and that too without cooper coil and at a price of 39K. With so many doubts in mind about purchasing Large appliances online I took the risk. Belive me there were no problems at all. > Delivery was done on time as committed while ordering. Ordered on 25th Apr and delivered on 29th. > I had to call Daikin CC to place an installation order and it was installed very same day. >Unit came with standard installation kit which included copper coils and wires.

I got this AC on low price compare with local market. Built quality is very premium compare with other brand in market. got brand new unit from seller. small dent on ODU. That can be expect in transport. But performance wise no problem. It's very silent. Daikin service is good here in tirupati. I have LG AC also,ODU make more noise compare with Daikin . Cooling is very good and very fast. You have to buy copper pipe,wire,stabilizer and stand (if required) extra. I saw many ppl writing comments that product is not good etc. Thing is product is very good but service they are getting in there place is not good. I can say one can buy this AC with confidence.

I purchased this product in may 2015 and I am pretty much satisfied with the performance of this product in terms of cooling and energy consumption. The only thing that is worse for this product is it's installation cost i.e. 5500 INR 4000 (copper Stabilizer). Installation cost: 1500 Copper Wire (4 meter) : 650 X 4 = 2600 Stand:750 Drain pipe:200 Electricity supply wire: 450

since other users had mentioned that daikin does not give the 3 metre copper tube and it is charged extra, i was prepared for it. flipkart was not initially allowing private installation but later they did allow. i got it fixed privately and it is working just wonderful. probably it is better to go for company arranged installation. my room is pretty big and yet i did not find cooling to be a problem. my idea of ac is that it should cool the room even if it takes time and cooling to a level which is just comfortable. as far as power bill is concerned, I am not able to make a particular comment but definitely it was lower than my earlier experience of an older generation which used to give me higher billing. but that was a different city and it may not be a like comparison. i am sorry i am unable to review that technically.

I am writing this comments after using the product for 2 months. Product is very good. Since its a inverter A/C electricity consumption also less than other A/C. I am very much happy to have is product.

Specially Thanks to Flipkart. They did the delivery on time and giving followup continuously for the installation. Quality of service from flipkart is gr8. Copper pipe and power cable came along with the AC. so my installation cost gets reduced by 2500. I had called Daikin for the warranty of the product. They said if you could do the installation from our authorized service centers then we will consider your product under warranty otherwise it gets invalid if you do it from other third party vendor. So I did installation through Daikin. Same has been updated to Daikin as well.

Superb cooling, this is third year from the purchase date. Being a 1.5 ton AC, still it cools 400 sq.ft area flawlessly. Every 6 months I clean the whole AC indoor unit and outdoor unit as well. I haven't seen an AC that works this awesome, after using this AC I am not looking forward to go for another brand. Daikin rocks. Even the power consumption is also very less, I get a bimonthly bill of around rs 6000 full day of using in commercial complex. I will buy only daikin when ever I want to buy and where ever I want to buy.

Daikin is sure expensive amongst the competition but the product itself is great. One most important point to note in this unit is that it does not require a stabilizer. I bought this 2 weeks back and its running at my shop. The IDU is very silent, the features available are many along with 3D air flow, Eco mode etc. The Refrigerant is R32 type which is better than R22 and the ODU sound is extremely low compared to the other non-inverter ODUs. To summarize, an extremely capable product that outshines the competition in all aspects!

have owned it for about two weeks now..quiet, efficient and generally happy about it. Just make sure the installer installs it properly as in my case, he was confused about the wiring. Had to guide him after reading from the instructions provided with the AC. Like the feel of the remote.. will update if i find any fault with it. As of yet..no faults.

Amazing service by Flipkart. Delivery boys were professional. Product works gre8 . It has been only month now. Diakin AC dont come with Copper cables. This was bit surprise . This information is missing . It costs INR 750 per meter. Atleast 3m you have to buy.

Daikin turned out to be value for money. Look elegant. Matte white finish goes well in any room decor. The main indoor unit does not show the actual room temp. This is only on the remote. Pretty dumb. A lot of competitor's ACs show this. Quick cool function of the AC is a good option when you start the AC. No backlight on the remote when you just need to check the actual room temp. Daikin does not provide any installation hardware such as copper pipe, insulation, wire, etc. All this is at additional cost. Be prepared to shell out a minimum of Rs. 4K ~ 5K for this. Installation personnel were a little rough in their work. This could definitely have been better. Pre-installatioin site visit will cost you Rs. 350 which will be deducted in the final bill but they tend to forget. It is now 7 days from the time of installation and they are still to refund this amount which was not adjusted. P.S. The AC is not made in India or assembled here. It is imported CBU.

It was a good delivery thanks to Flipkart. The installation cost was very high. The engineer quoted the materials at very high price where we can get the same at nominal rates near by my house. Since he said Warranty will be void if we buy, it was kind of looting. Hope Daikin takes this in to consideration and makes this process transparent and better.

I bought the Daikin Inverter Ac through Flipkart and put a request to Daikin for Installation. They verified and recorded that the AC was purchased by me from Flipkart and sent an SMS mentioning the Channel Partner Name and Phone No for Installation. The Installation guy came and installed the product. I paid Totally Rs 6600/- for Installation. (Installation charges - Rs 1500, Copper Tube 750x3m= Rs.2250, Wire routing 18m (2 Way for Connection to Compressor to Indoor Unit to switch board) = Rs.1800, (I already have a 15 A switch board. This wiring is a different one). Stand for Out door Unit = Rs.750/-, Silk Tape (looks like girls ribbon) to cover Copper Tubes - Rs.300/-., Free black rubber tube over copper tubes, free white cement for covering hole was provided by the Mechanic. The white silk ribbon is put over the black rubber tubes, which is put over the copper tube. You also require Teflon Tape, Packing Tape, Insulation Tapes etc which were provided free by the Installer) Today I phoned up Daikin and informed them that Installation was over and checked up whether my records are perfect and they said they don't cover products purchased thro' Ecom sites and asked me to check up their web site landing page.When I asked why they sent the Mechanic for installation without informing me that the product does not come under warranty, they simply gave some round about answer and did not clarify my point. I have already spent Rs.6600/- for installation, so there is no question of returning the AC back at this point of time. Later, today I have raised a telephonic complaint with Flipkart about the entire happening and they have noted my complaint and assured me that they will do the needful in the matter in another 4 days time and asked me not to worry. My warranty now hangs in balance. The only consolation is Ac works fine and cools nicely.

product was delivered on time, but it is more than 4 days and no news of installation. Each time I call up it is informed that it will be done within 24hrs. They do not allow installation from outside technicians due warranty issues. Suggest DO NOT buy from Flipkart.
