I have been using the Core i5, 2GB Graphics Variant since 4 months, and this Notebook have been great everyday! Built, quality, finish, material and Performance... Everything is outstanding. Its Feather lite at this segment. I am systems Engineer and can strongly support this device. Getting this latest 10th Gen intel Laptop was wise decision, and support is awesome! The sales and support team has been helpful before and after purchase, and constantly in touch for getting feedback for making product more better. I need to advise the people giving negative reviews, may be their experience as rare. Electronic Devices are sophisticated and break happens due to multiple reasons. It doesn't means that the complete segment is worthless and not buyable.

Its almost 15 days over when i am writing this review, Good Configuration for this cost. Its compact,Sleek and having a great look with aluminum case(front alone) The RAM is expandable, not soldered Main Credit is the Processor Core i5 10210U is having a base frequency of 2.10 GHz, usually its 1.6 GhZ but in this laptop its be increased by DELL. thats a great deal, whoever looking for a laptop with more than 2 GhZ clock rate. 2 GB Nvidia GPU increases the performance overall is a great laptop for a person doing research(PhD) coding and multitasking ,also good for travelling too my suggestion go for it

This product is first class. I bought it from Emall from Dell exclusive store. It's lid is made of metal and has backlit keyboard. Has features like usb type c. After one bios ipdate heating issues gone. Touchpad is very smooth but not as smooth as mac book.I would suggest everyone to buy this product but from retail instead of online . It is because in retail the shopkeeper open the laptop in front of you from the sealed package and you can see for any defects like keypad not working e.t.c.

The harddrive failed within 30 days of purchase. Dell can only give repaie options or maximum they can give you a same refurbished laptop in exchange. So make a wise decision.

Very next of purchase , observed many issues. Never recommend this laptop for any one. I'm stuck with this faulty laptop. Seems like I'm totally screwed.

Got delivered the Dell after 15 days of order. The laptop's keyboard is the worst. It was totally irresponsible when i opened the laptop for the first time. The keys are so fragile and definitely a no go for anyone who wants to type more. Within 24 hours 3 service request has been raised by me and it would take another 7 days to resolve. I havent used by laptop for 5 min and have to wait for another 10 days for a tecnicial to replace the part(keyboard) in my just delivered laptop. One of the very poorly thought Exterior by Dell.
