About Raktanchal Season 1 Web Series

It is Uttar Pradesh of the 1980s. The state development work is done through tenders, and political fervour runs high.

The tenders in Purvanchal region are mostly monopolised by Waseem Khan (Nikitin Dheer) — a ferocious gang leader who runs solely on greed.

He is challenged by anti-hero Vijay Singh (Kranti Prakash Jha), who has turned to the dark world to seek vengeance.

As a bloody rivalry plays out between the two crime lords, political and social elements surface in the background.
