It?s good with tracking of all steps and heart rate. And pretty motivating. Little itchy near the strap as I never used to wear something like this. But overall liked it much. 👌👌

Great product! It is extremely helpful in tracking your activities. The app can track your water consumption, food consumption, sleep pattern and heart beat pattern! Battery life is decent (6-7 days per charge)Overall very satisfied with the band.

Bought this as a replacement and upgrade to my defunct Fitbit Flex.Pros:1. Fits well. Looks cool. Connected to my iPhone 6S without any issue.2. Step tracking is reasonably accurate. It accurately tracked floors climbed, as well as a bicycle ride.3. Sleep tracking and insights are accurate and useful.4. Heart Rate is accurate. (Tested this against a pulse oximeter). Accuracy goes down if the skin is wet, such as after a bath.5. Battery backup is great: after 5 days of use (with HR on only at night and no text notifications), remaining battery power was at 64%.6. Charging time is super quick. Went from 64% to 86% in about 10 minutes when connected to a PC.Cons:1. None so far. Maybe the sports strap with holes could have come as standard.

Fitbit is now bought by google. So we have no info how that's going to impact Fitbit. my suggestion is to do some groundwork before you make a purchase. I hope this is useful to many.

Upgraded from charge 2 to charge 3. Very happy to inform its performing excellently and has better tracking of heart rate esp. during exercise. And it looks awesome aswell.

Already using Fitbit Surge.Compared both at same time, Charge 3 under counts by a bit (~ 30 out of 1000 steps). I am satisfied with the watch.Pros: Sleek looks, Charges very fast. Battery works for a week compared to Surge (3 days)Con: When the backlight goes off, it comes on with vibration of the hand. This is occasionally slow, have to tap the screen to display the time.App is slow to sync. An earlier version was better - some recent upgrades have caused this

I bought this in Mar 2020. While Fitbit Charge 3 is certainly waterproof and comfortable to wear, it has not been giving accurate results since the time i bought it. Definitely the step count and distance covered is out of sync. But since this morning even the touch screen has stopped responding. I can only seen the initial clockface ie. Time, Date, Steps walked and heart rate. Unable to swipe to any other screen. The charge 2 , though not water proof was much better. Not sure if the company will replace the fitbit.

In 2 months the Sleep tracker stopper working in 3 weeks, heart rate stopped working In 2 months, activity tracker too. I did call the Fitbit team reset was done, post which the watch gets drained in 2-3 hrs and time is out of sync, I have to sync it with the app every time to connect it. Last 3 days the watch gets heated up and cannot be worn on the wrist for more than 15 mins. Not sure if it?s the model or the specific serial number that has the issues. Not happy with the experience overall. This rating is for the product. I am updating the 1 star to 2 as I got support form Fitbit pm this and even Flipkart support was courteous.

The floor tracking is completely broken. The support keeps offering same old work around to everyone. Charge 2 was much better at tracking both the steps as well as floors. Sigh!

Bad quality product. Bought it from Amazon and within 3 months band break and it passed around more then one month and still no resolution.

Even after u purchase a fitbit it asks for subscription for reports. Membership of which is currently arround 6k per year. Please decide wisely whether you want to buy. Without membership reports are same as your mi band. While in car it will show as thousands of steps which even lower priced bands won't show. Even the band tore off in 6 months. Waste of money

I am a fitbit user for last 3 years and this is my second fitbit. I like them. However my Charge 3 which I bought 4 months ago on flipkart is now having issues with Bluetooth connectivity. It rarely connects to the phone(I tried more than one phone. Same problem). The bluetooth connectivity is happening sometime only that too only if I am not wearing the watch. The watch needs to be static and I guess sensors should not be active. It is very frustrating. I am working with Fitbit support but they are going through the usual troubleshooting process which is not helping.

It's thin, functional and accurate. I found the heart rate to be +/-2 from the treadmill HR sensor while the mi band 3 was atleast 10bpm more or less on many occassions. Sleep tracking is nice. It can track your day naps as well. The display is underwhelming under direct sunlight and very limited number of watch faces might get old quickly.It died after a week on me. Won't respond to touch, swipes or button presses. Waiting on a replacement and while waiting, I tried on a Samsung Fit and it's beautiful. Give it a serious thought before you end up buying the charge 3.
