Trustworthy Brand with quality product never faced any issue

work without noise. quick cooling time (useing in BLR so not sure about how soon it cools in hotter places). Overall satisfied. have to see Joe it works after 1yr.

Ausum product... A must buy Product in ac.....I don't know why people write negative reviews about company when the problem is with the godrej dealers in their specified areas....If you have any problem with dealers you can register complaint with godrej. Moreover after installation customer have to give the review to company about service provided. Unnecessary don't write negative reviews

Good product and service It is very fast delivery indeed, 2days earl than expected delivery date and after delivery service is quite good from Godrej, they themselve called for installation and it was done very next day, installation was free. Regarding product it's soundless, cooling effect also fine, looks good on wall. Power consumption also lesser than 5star rating LG ac. So overall I m happy with this purchase.

FRIENDS PLS PLS PLS FOR GOD SAKE NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE GODREJ AC . TOTALLY BLUNDER AND ABSOLUTE WASRE OF YOUR MONEY. NO COOLINF AT ALL AND TAKES MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO START COOLING. I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO NEVER PROCEED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

The A/C was delivered on 4th May'16 and was promised the installation to complete by Sat 7th May'16, no one turned up. Later an SMS received with an update the installation would be completed by Sun, 8th May'16 but no one turned up or either made an effort to contact. Also, two contradicting statements - Installation is Free as mentioned on product container, however Flipkart claims 1500 to 2000 INR to be paid as installation fee. Training need to be given to Customer support representatives to update the complete notes and conversation/updates discussed with Customers during the call, rather than repeatedly asking the same info again and again. Poor co-ordination between the team and brand and no effort was made to contact the customer, unless the customer had raised a complaint. I will review the Product, once the installation is complete, which is now scheduled to complete on 14th May'16 as agreed based on my availability.

The product I have not tested much 5 star for flipkart delivery. Installation from godrej is disappointing. They fit the support plate in wrong angle. The drain pipe is slightly high in angle than the ac. Ac is not sitting both sides on holders, it is sitting only one side. Also the outer unit has power joints for which the screws got stuck, I doubt they fit them properly. Tested for Gas leakage and it seems that is fine. May be a good product but old one and poor installation Update poor product, no cooling at all, feeling created. Put it in 16 degree still it feels like a fan. I would have bought a fan ... Do not ever buy goede AC.
