No spares availableAvinash (Sep 7, 2019) on AmazonUsed this model for 4 years without any issue.Now the outer drum has developed leakage which requires replacing both the steel drum (which is intact) and outer covering drum as per their service personnel!!!After a month of continuous follow up the service request has been cancelled by Haier due to non availability of the spare partHaier service is the worst, had similar experience with their ACLong story short if you are looking for expensive use and throw product Haier appliances is your go to brandIs this review helpful?

Worst product broken in 2 months, jumps and makes noise from the base plateAmit Kumar Maurya (Apr 27, 2019) on AmazonThis is the worst product I have ever bought in my life. Just after buying it started jumping like frog. many times I had called service engineer but they failed to correct it completely. One day its door rubber connecting to main drum torn during the wash cycle due to jumping and shaking inner drum. I called many times for replacement of it but they never did. Still the machine is lying in my home like garbage. My all friends and relatives and have decided not to buy Haier products in their whole life. We do not want to waste our hard earned money in buying Haier products. I will suggest you all not to buy Haier. No spares are available in market. I had filed case in consumer court but it took more than 4 years and I am getting only dates. You can't have confidence on Consumer Court also. For such a simple case they also harassed me for more than 4 years. I have video just during it broke with sound and product pic also.Is this review helpful?
