Really a good product. I am completely satisfied with the product but seller dispatched the product after about a week and reached me in about 12 days. I hope delivery could be better. Everything else is fine.

I was skeptical while buying this AC because of the mixed reviews avialble on Amazon, however my friends suggested me to go for Hitachi and its been 4 months we are using it. Trust me this AC is really nice the only problem is installation piece. Initially i did not opt of installation from amazon but i was told later that if i dont take service from hitachi then there would be no warranty. The person who came for installation did not install it properly and i had to call an electrician from outside. Other than that the product is really amazing. Lovin it !!

It's a good ac. Owned the kaze plus one ton earlier and that was superior to the 1.5 ton in terms of features. Cooling ability is good. Unfortunately misses out on noise reduction mode

Bought from Sales Emporium Kolkata. Barely 14 months the unit caught fire with the bedroom filled with smoke. Useless customer service with no spares available. My previous Samsung A/C was much better with 14 years of non interrupting service and excellent after sales service. Would not recommend Hitachi A/C to any one. Any Indian brand will be better than Hitachi. Please don't buy this junk.

A defective AC was delivered !!!Its fan is not working . I was asked to file complaint with hitachi then only replacement would be done.So a good piece of advice to future customers that dont buy an AC through Amazon

I bought Hitachi window air conditioner before 2 year quality is poor and service is very bad they service centre is very rude and almost 10days of waiting they are not changing its compressor, our whirlpool ac is working good since 10 years

No body bothered to install. AC is defective. The sop owner is rude. Please do not buy this AC from this shop

After sale service is very poor, my new ac is not working and nobody is coming for repair for past 4 days. Hitachi is not the same now, products are of low quality now and service is very bad, never ever buy Hitachi

Ok AC. Extremely poor customer service. The technicians and service engineers at Hitachi don't know what they are doing. Total duffers. Extremely poor after sales service.Avoid Hitachi. Go for LG or some other brand. Moreover new LG ACs are far superior to Hitachi and have good customer care. Don't buy Hitachi

This product makes so much noise and I repeatedly complained for replacement but thr was no action.

Worst service, we bought two ac?s and both of them did not last even two seasons! Copper coil developed holes and within the next season we have to spend 6000 plus in getting coil replaced! Go for Voltas or blue star, this is not at all worth!
