Blindly go for hitachi acs. From my personal experience our office has acs of voltas which were brand new ones and hitachi acs which are much old compared to voltas. Beleive or not out of 6 voltas have gone unserviceable before their guarantee period and 3 of thrm are down in just two months. The hitachi acs which are used abusively are still running tight and fit.

Product installed 3 days ago. IDU is nice and works well. ODU is also good but develops little noise. Reason : fan shield is vibrates while fan motor is running. But this is minor problem. Could be eradicated in R&D. Overall permance is good. Professionalism needed in Installation.

Everything is great except no display on internal unit so you have to look at remote to check the temperature

It saves lot of electricty, however there are lot of negative points1, They have lot of noise, it seems like we are running a cooler in the room.2, None of the Hitachi AC shows the current room temperature3, Bad remote, does not have enough features and no light in the keys. So it difficult to operate in dark.4, Bad remote feature, to switch off the AC you have to press at least 3 times power button to get it off.

Good AC. No problem as such. Installation was also good. Guys were professionals. Cooling is perfect. Could have been more silent. But not an issue. As far as electricity consumption is concerned my two month electricity bill with AC all night on during weekdays and all day usage on sat-sun was 3000. Along with other regular appliances in use. I fell its ok.

Service is pathetic of Hitachi. Had to call and mail them multiple times, then they turned up after 5 days for installation. Charged me Rs 500 for a cheap quality plastic drain pipe + installation charges extra that to without bill.Product is good and cooling is great. No temp display provided.

Ac received, installation done, all 5 star except the AC remote is not working. PLEASE REPLACE AC REMOTE IMMEDIATELY.

The product is very good although I didn't purchase from Amazon but the product is very good I have 120sq.feet room the 1 ton ac cools the room within 15min used only till 24'c never used till its max chill temperature which is 16'c

Ac is ok. It takes 15-20 mins to cool down the room but installation guys are total cheat. The installation cost us more than 3000INR.

I like only Hitachi brand, but didn't like this Ac. As it makes a lot of noise and cooling is not circulated in the side areas, whereas straight cooling is best. My bedroomoom is 9X9 so need to always keep the flap straight to get best cooling. When kept the swing in circulated mode, it doesn't cool side ways, that's the problem. Even all Hitachi Acs are noisy. There is no digital screen on the AC, it's only on remote. Remote is pathetic. Quality is not good at all. There is a power off for Ac on the remote, but no power off/on button for remote, simply battery power is consumed by remote, even if the AC is completely off.
