Dual cameras are currently a hot trend that nearly all smartphone manufacturers are pushing, and buyers are looking for exactly this kind of differentiator for their next upgrade. InFocus is hoping to attract some of them with its two recently launched models, of which we have the Turbo 5 Plus with us for review.
InFocus Turbo 5 Plus Summary
The InFocus Turbo 5 Plus offers a metal-backed chassis with a physical home button, which has a fingerprint scanner built in. It’s built well and is easy to grip. The 5.5-inch display has just an HD resolution but the colours are fairly punchy. The dual-SIM tray can accommodate a microSD card in the second slot, up to 32GB. The phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core SoC and has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. UI and app performance feels a bit sluggish at times and the phone also heats up easily. The dual camera system at the back fails to impress, and image quality is only average. Battery life is good.
