iQOO Neo 5S mobile was launched on 20th December 2021. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.50-inch touchscreen display.iQOO Neo 5S comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 5S runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Neo 5S on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary camera; a 13-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The iQOO Neo 5S runs OriginOS Ocean is based on Android 12 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Neo 5S is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It was launched in Black, Blue, and Orange colours.

Connectivity options on the iQOO Neo 5S include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint sensor.
