Very Bad Customer Services

Karbon Mobile service is very bad I have given a Karbonn Titanium S7 set for service as on 10th of march problem was off/on button problem. but I have not till date received my set.

I had given 10th of march a S7 Set for service,the problem was stitch off/on problem,my IMEI No. is- 911352900001028. but I have yet not received my set today 30th of April Customer service executive says you will have to wait 05 more working days. what is this????? I am waiting since 10th of march to till date.
