  Dear Flipkart,Your service was exceptional post booking and delivery of order.Your installation team also arrived before time.However,they have done a shoddy installation work.We bought a split Ac.We told them to place the exhaust above the window.But they placed it in front of window,by making a fool of my father who is an old man.What is the point of buying a Split AC ,when I have to block my window.Even the pipes is visible inside the room.Also the cost of installation overshot owing to such crony work because of additional wire Rs 180 and drain pipe Rs 245 total by Rs 425.They charged merely Rs 1100 for installation with such sad work spoiling the window.Why we should pay for installation, when it is not done properly ?I called the Engineer ,after a long discussion .He agreed to send someone in half today at 19:00hrs. Finally 2 person came with very less equipment to handle the case.Let me know,if you need the picture as evidence....now there is no information from FLIPKART or Universal Electronics. The second team arrived on 8-May-2015.They were highly professional & effective with there work.I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 star for rectifying the issue at lightning speed.Please pass on my Appreciation to "Mr Vicky-Universal electronics" & your Flipkart customer service team for coordinating & delivering the an excellent services....

• Really a good A/C

  I bought this A/C in a hdfc 10 % off on card offer and it costed mea less then 24k. I checked it in retailer shop and the difference was around 5 to 6k. Enough for me go ahead with this purchase and it turned out to be a good one. It makes the room chill in few minutes, installation was done in few hrs of delivery for 1100 and I paid around 600 for removing old A/C. So overall with installation it costed me less then 26k and it is awesome buy. Go for it, if you are planning for buying a A/C, as this one is awesome after 5 days of using it.

  Quick shipping by flipkart. Product is very nice. I am fully satisfied by this AC. It give good cooling to my room. Remote is also very good range.

  Flipkart delivery was good and they have delivered at the Expected time. Within couple of days Installation was scheduled and they have done a good job on installation. All the demo of the product was given. Necessary advice was given.
