Using this refrigerator for more than 2 years now. I'm loving this product. Simply perfect. Bought it for ₹20,990.00 on 4th November 2015.

Pros:Value for money. I got this for 21k with a 1k amazon coupon and 1.5k cashback with free delivery.The fridge is totally noiseless and the shiny steel looks good.Cons:There is a noise while closing the main door. Probably a design issue I believe.The floor legs are slippery. The fridge sometimes comes forward if I try to open the main door without holding the fridge.No installation provided. I had to manually open the box which was not easy.

Fridge is good. But LG refused to do installation citing the reason that it is purchased through online retailer.

Returned it due to confusion on rating. The BIS rating reduces by one star for previous year products

The door is making a weird sound. Looks like the product wasn't checked before being delivered. Waiting for someone to check and fix or replace.

Two words: Stay Away. No support from Amazon and LG Customer Care. The product is okay but the support is pathetic. In this age, support is critical. LG is bad.
