Got the Product delivered as said by Flipkart. The product is now a week old and is running great!! I was skeptical of the installation. so, as soon as the product got delivered, i Called LG customer care and asked them to come and install. they said it will cost me 500. I agreed and asked them to do it ASAP. Meanwhile i got a call from Flipkart saying that the Flipkart service Guy will come and install and that will be FREE. i was not sure if that is ok, so i called LG again to check if it is fine. They also told me the same thing. Since it was a fridge and did not need any specific installation, i went with the Flipkart guy. He came like in 5 hrs after my Fridge was delivered and the transition was smooth.

Very nice fridge, good quality, timely delivery by flipkart. 4 star rating, rating matters if you want to keep your electricity bill low. good space in the freezer, mine is always full of meat and fish and what not. door space is good to keep big size beer bottles :-) which is what I needed. quality trays. good for two people. buy a bigger one if you have a kid or bigger family.

Nice Fridge. Amazon gave me the best deal. The service by greendust buyback was also very good and offered a better price for my old fridge.

Pros: 1) Good build quality. 2) Nice interior design. 3) Door beam cooling instead of cooling vents at the back side which results in better cooling. 4) Wide Temperature range setting from 1-7. 5) Inverter compressor with 10 years warranty. 6) Cheaper than the competition with similar features. Cons: 1) I checked the power consumption for a 12-hour period which came out to be much higher than the rated 0.7 units per day. I got it checked from the LG service man but he was of the opinion that it was working normally. I have got my meter checked as well which was also found to be fine. Can't say who is at fault here. Note: LG has started charging customers Rs.500 for installation and demo if bought online from any shopping portal other than LG's . But Flipkart provides this service free of cost but you will have to wait between 24-48 hours for that. Under an offer, I got this product from Flipkart for 4000 lesser than my local LG store.

About product: I roam around a lot to understand the product of my expectation & I finally found this one in shop. The price he offering was much more than what I paid on Flipkart. Important tech-specs about product is its compressor which is used in other brands as well. Its smart inverter assures great energy saving. About ordering on Flipcart: I had received the product on same date promised by Flipkart in tier 2 city. Now Flipkart service has already set an expectation to such a level that one expects before day delivery, but cant complaint as this was the shipment for big appliances. Product was well wrapped , few shoving marks which makes a buyer little anxious but its fine. Flipkart kept track of after sale Installation & Demo with me. The personnel came, unwrapped the product. The product was well & intact. He had measurements, checked spirit level, installed the product & provided demo. I would like to rate 4 stars till now. I am very happy till this instance. Pros - Got this fridge from Flipkart 6 months ago. Very happy with it in terms of space & features (inbuilt inverter-stabilizer) and its sleek looks (which is also easy to clean). LG also honoured with demo, installation and signing warranty card without any extra charges in Electronic City, Bangalore Cons - The sheet metal on the fridge is thin. I knocked it with my knuckles and I can see a small dent already :(

I am using this refrigerator since 4 months. Cooling is great. You can trust this brand blindly. Customer care service is also good. Flipkart delivery is fast as usual. I got it at 26.5K under 10% cash back offer.

Refrigerator is 3 star BEE rated not 4 Star. Product and Flipkart services is good. Have received product yesterday. Lets hope it works fine. Also you have an 30 days replacement option.

Bought this product from Flipkart. Got a good price and as usual Flipkart delivered it before the delivery date. As per the product information was told would have a free Installation & Demo from LG. But when I called up Flipkart to inquire was told to contact LG directly. When I called LG I was informed that there would be a charge of 500rs as I had purchased the product from Flipkart and it would have been free if I had purchased from store.

Pros : 1) Product delivered on time. 2) Packaging is good. 3) Product is good. Cons: 1) Bad experience with LG Service, Collected 450 Rupees.
