No response to calls for repair during warranty period. Regret buying this intensely

I had 12 Lloyd AC installed at my hotel but it has worst service, no spare with service centre even I am ready to pay for spares. No service at all. Don?t buy any Lloyd products.go for blue star or voltas

From the day one not working properly, service person visits n telling everything is right. 1.5 ton ac not even cool 12x12 room. Remote malfunction twice. We still regret why we purchased this. After completing 1 year they will ask you visit fee to visit n nothing happen. After that in 2nd room we purchased Voltas n best working from day one.

I have purchased 1 year before and after 1 year my ac compressor and motor replaced and now ac is not cooling

lloyd ac mat lena koi bhi problem aati h bhai warranty khtm hote hi error phir technician ke visit alag se aur jo error aaya h usko thik krne k alag se paise

I purchased Lloyd branded Air Conditioner. Since delivery of product, 5th June, till date installation has not been done in spite of all service calls done customer care contacted. I shall never recommend this product to even my biggest enemy.

Very bad service, company refused to change my compressor even in warranty period.

But Flipkart pls think on installation charges, it's very high, in local technician engineer charge for Ac installation around 1000/- Rs...

It's a good product, and complete value for money

The product was delivered as per commitment and the installation team was in touch before the product was delivered and arrived within hours after receiving the item. The product was received in good condition & the installation process was carried out within 1 HR and the team had all accessories required for installation. It's been close to a month the AC is in use and the cooling is excellent and even at 24degrees we could feel very comfortable. Overall happy with the product and service from Flipcart.
