As the phablet wave continues to hit the Indian market, Micromax has launched the Canvas Doodle 2, the successor to the Canvas Doodle. The new Doodle smartphone-tablet hybrid from Micromax features an upgraded 5.7-inch HD display, a quad-core processor and a 12-megapixel rear camera. At Rs. 19,990, Micromax's latest phablet has been priced steeply and is now the costliest handset in Micromax's smartphone portfolio, leaving behind company's flagship, the Canvas 4. But, does it do enough to stand out in the premium phablet crowd? We take a closer look in our review.

Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 mobile was launched in August 2013. The phone comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1280 pixels at a pixel density of 258 pixels per inch (ppi). Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM. The Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 2600mAh non-removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 on the rear packs 12-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The phone runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor with PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU with 1 GB on ram which provide smooth multitasking and there is no lagging while playing game . Its feel awesome to watch 1080 full HD movies on massive 5.7 inch HD IPS display of 257 PPI with great viewing angle and good brightness which give releaf to eyes .The phone support dual Sim and come with front and rear facing camera where as front camera was 5 megapixel which was capable to record HD video the image was not very good where as rear camera was 12megapixel and record full HD video the image was quite decent and crispy . At ?14000 we have to compromise whith some feature of this phone some of them are The phone come with 2600 mAh battery which we cant remove The internal storage is 16 GB and where we use 12 GB approx and there is no memory card slot so we have to manage whith Overall the phone come with powerful processor , good display , decent design and many moreIs this review helpful?
