Beyond expectations for a new company in marketKuldeep Singh Tomar (Apr 20, 2018) on AmazonFantastic product so far. Like everyone I had doubts before ordering this ac because this is an Indian product, but so are Onida and Voltas. I was keeping my fingers crossed till it got installed. So here is my experience: it arrived in time in a perfect condition. Within few hours of delivery Mitashi engineer called and fixed appointment for next day. Installation team arrived in time and they worked like experts to install it within a short time. The product material is premium and cooling is also good. It met my expectations and budget too. Don't forget the features we are getting in this deal are top notch: 100%copper, inverter and 3 star ratinng etc. Snow white led indicator is embedded in body itself and it gives a cool feel to indoor unit. I will update after using it for some more time; so far, fully satisfied.Is this review helpful?

Amazon's delivery is always best.Pros----DesignSmall indoor unitvery silent outdoor unitInverter ACIndian productpricecons--Taking more time to cool the room.( For even 10*10 ft room)InstallationInstallation was done by the authorised person.They came after the next day of the delivery.
