Lava Iris 349i, Iris 404e Dual-SIM Android Smartphones Launched in India

Lava has introduced 2 new Iris smartphones, the Iris 349i and Iris 404e, listing them on its website. The company has not revealed pricing and availability details, however, both smartphones are available to buy via e-commerce sites, with the Iris 349i listed at Rs. 2,899 and the Iris 404e listed at Rs. 4,499.

According to the listing, both the smartphone comes with the dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support. The Lava Iris 349i is listed to come with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, while the Lava Iris 404e will come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.

The Lava Iris 349i handset features a 3.5-inch HVGA (320x480 pixels) display and is powered by a single-core 1GHz (unspecified chipset) processor with 256MB of RAM. The Iris 349i packs a 2-megapixel rear camera (without flash) and there is a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard.
