Samsung India has starting taking pre-orders for Galaxy S III smartphone on the company's e-store. Company however has not revealed the price of the smartphone and is asking consumers to pay a fixed sum of Rs. 2,000 to get in the queue for this much-awaited device.

According to the smartphone listing on Samsung India e-store, consumers will get an assured gift with every pre-order.

The terms and conditions of the pre-bookings are a little unusual, so customers are advised to read the fine print before putting down the money. The terms neither guarantee the purchase nor offer a cancellation option if you change your mind.

Originally announced at a press event in London recently, Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1.4GHz Exynos quad core processor and 8MP rear camera. According to reports, telecom operators worldwide have already pre-ordered over 9-million units of the smartphone from the company.
