After weeks of speculation, the Samsung Galaxy S III specs are finally out thanks to Amazon Germany.

According to the website, the Samsung Galaxy S II successor will feature a 4.7-inch screen, a 12-megapixel camera and will retail for 599 Euros (inclusive of VAT).

4.7-inch Super AMOLED touch-screen with 16 million colors
12-megapixel camera with auto focus, LED Flash and face detection
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System
16 GB of internal memory, expandable to up to 32 GB

As reported earlier, the phone is officially expected to be unveiled by Samsung in London on May 3.
