Yet another Samsung leak has surfaced from benchmarks. A report features an AnTuTu benchmark that shows a mysterious forthcoming Samsung device with the model no. GT-I9600

According to the report, the device is expected to run Android 4.3.2 and will be powered by a processor clocked at 1.4GHz. With 15016 points, the device has scored extremely less on the benchmark when compared to leading Samsung devices such as the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy SIII.

Whether the device is the Samsung Galaxy S5 or the Samsung Galaxy S4 Plus cannot be decided but it surely seems to be a variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Benchmark leaks have not been alien to Samsung. They had surfaced even before the launch of the Galaxy S4.

It is however important to note that it might just be too early for Samsung Galaxy S5 leaks to surface. Thus, the probability of this being a Galaxy S4 Plus device might be just a little higher. It would be wise not to be misled by the model number which resembles what would be a possible model for the Galaxy S5 meeting the present trend of Samsung devices being named as GT-I9300 for the Galaxy S3 and GT-I9500 for the Galaxy S4. But we cannot be too sure that it is the Samsung Galaxy S5 yet as the ID can be modified by some developers.

Another suspicious angle is that the screenshot shows the device running Android 4.3.2 while at present even Android 4.3 itself is under wraps. The presence of Android 4.3.2 on the device is a little hard to comprehend and seems ambiguous.

The rumour mill around Samsung had also covered the Samsung Galaxy Note III recently when the phone was spotted on company's Kazakhstan website.
