Sony Xperia J previewed ahead of launch

At its current rate of smartphone releases, Sony will soon either need more alphabets in English or have to switch to some other language. Just when we thought that there won't be any more surprises before Sony's press conference at IFA, we have been greeted with Xperia J. Yes, another Android smartphone in Sony's Xperia series.

Dubbed as ST26i, the smartphone made its way to Russian blog Mobile-Review and has been leaked in detail. According to a preview on the blog, Sony Xperia J will come with a 4-inch WVGA display, 1700 mAh battery, 512MB RAM, microSD card slot, 5MP rear camera and Android 4.0

The smartphone is expected to be officially announced at the IFA press event along with Xperia tablet and Xperia TX smartphone.

Leaked a few weeks ago Xperia tablet is company second 9.4-inch tablet, Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 6000mAh battery and Android 4.0. Xperia Tablet will also come with Wi-Fi connectivity (3G version also expected), Bluetooth 3.0, SD card slot, and GPS.
