Oppo Find X2 Lite is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Oppo Find X2 Lite runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4025mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Find X2 Lite supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Find X2 Lite on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/1.7) camera; a 2-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.
