Oppo Reno 7A is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Oppo Reno 7A runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The Oppo Reno 7A supports proprietary fast charging.

It was launched in Dream Blue and Starry Black colours.
