Read on to know more about his setup, and the apps and gadgets he can't live without.

Describe your technology setup - what computer/ phone/ tablet/ camera/ gaming console/ other gadgets do you use?
Anirudh Dhoot: I am extremely intrigued with all kind of electronic gadgets available in the market and try my hands at every new one. I am currently using the iPhone 6S which allows swift transition from professional to personal life. At work, I use my Videocon VA81M tablet to access presentations and proposals, though there is also a PC in my office. On the weekends, I spend most of my time with my son and play games with him on our Playstation 4.

What are three apps (mobile/ tablet or PC/ Mac) you couldn't live without?
Anirudh Dhoot: Supporting my busy schedule is the Evernote app. I make notes of everything on it. The best part about the app is that it allows me to register my notes in voice, pictures or text. It's convenient and very useful. My typical day at work begins with meetings with the different teams. Here we discuss numbers and exchange data. So the Raombi app comes into great help here as it offers graphical representation of the raw data. With my schedule I get very little time to catch up on the news. Hence whenever I get the time I tune into the NDTV app to keep myself updated.

What is one gadget (other than your phone) you never travel without?
Anirudh Dhoot: I never leave my house without my tablet. I use it for both work and for entertainment, for checking emails and listening to music when I'm relaxing in my room. It's essential for travel.

What is your dream gadget/ technology setup?
Anirudh Dhoot: I believe that the Internet of Things is the next big thing in the technology world and this is what we at Videocon are also working around. We launched a Wi-Fi Air conditioner, Smart TV, and we will be coming out with many more products in the future. It will be interesting to have intelligent products working in tune with each other, and while we've made some initial steps in that direction the whole space is wide open, and it's only going to become more and more important for everyone.

How has technology changed the way in which you work?
Anirudh Dhoot: Technology has revolutionised the way we work and function today. It has definitely aided us to make our lives more comfortable and convenient. Being a consumer centric company, technology has brought us closer to our consumers and allowed us to deepen our engagements with them.
