It is very good product and looking very desent, colour also nice and overall performance is excellent.

Functioning nice but it should have hot water facility as well, and delivered on time and demo was also done on time.

THIS MODEL NAME IS 62K AND ANOTHER NAME WITH SAME COLUR IS 62H......62H ONE IS THE OLD MODEL(2014) AND 62K IS THE LATEST(2016)... SO GO FOR...THIS IS THE BEST FOR DAILY USE....IN SPIN THERE IS VERY LESS SOUND WHICH IS VERY GOOD... JUST GO FOR IT.

Product is good performance but one thing is child lock only washing machine tripping but door is not locking So,As a customer I am saying this lock should be provide for door really I am disappointment...

I bought this model by mistake and paid using card for security reasons. I placed a cancellation request within 30 minutes which was rejected saying product has entered "advanced shipping". How can this huge product enter "advanced shipping" so soon? Now everyday, since the last 5 days they are promising me "cancellation within 24 hours" which never happens. Thanks a lot.

Hi,Based on six months usage I am writing this comment, really regret on buying this product from samsung.1. This samsung machine do not have good memory, i.e, it can store only 15 mins of its work done. if there is any power shutdown during its washing, and fortunately if the power comes within 15 mins of power cut, the machine will resume its activity (practically - not possible). every power cut might go beyond 30 mins to 120 mins.2. Quality of washing is really poor, I have using Whirlpool 360 degree Bloomwash, this whirlpool is excellent in build and washing quality.3. Fuzzy wash option is really poor. no dirt will be removed for sure.4. After sales ans service, really poor.Finally please check before you buy samsung washing machine , finally do not regret like me after buying it.
