  (Had got this machine outside of Amazon. However this review still applies).1. Samsung technician showed up the same day of calling the Samsung toll free number. Demo is free.2. Wash quality is better than the IFB I had before this.But to be fair with IFB, it was a lower end front load model I had before. It isnt an apple to apple comparison. Nevertheless, my wife feels it does the job much better.3. Cuffs and collars are cleaned without any pre scrubbing. Not seen it with my previous washing machines.4. Wash cycle time for standard wash is 64 min. 15 min wash is fastest wash setting available. Standard wash takes longer if bubble soak wash option is used. Wash time also increases if you use higher than normal water temperature.5. The machine is very frugal is using the detergent. Recommend using much less detergent than written on the detergent packet. Even fabric softner required is less.6. Water consumption too appears to be very small. I didn't exactly validate this but figured out from the minimal water I could see in the tub and how it manages to clean clothes well with minimal detergent.7. Machine is pretty much silent. The powerful 1200 rpm motor doesn't create as much a jet engine like ruckes as my previous 800 rpm machine. A music chime at the end lets you know the job is done. It can be disabled if required.10. Although its not been very long, it appears that this machine is built to last. The bubble machine and motor have a 10 year warranty. Apparently the expected life span of the machine is 20 years.Con: like most front loaders you cannot add more clothes after a wash cycle has started. Not that I have a need for it.However, if you are the kind who often misses out clothes for washing, some other manufacturers have a workaround for it.Apparently, this is awailable in Samsung too but with the very high end models.

  Pretty good product by Samsung.Easy to operate. Plenty of options available for day to day washes.Machine looks good on the outside also.
