Bought locally as not available by flipkart in the region. Set in fuzzy mode and that's all. Use lot of water which is a con. Rest gives you value for money.

Product is nice, Concern is I saw 10 years of warranty on motor in showroom but on website it's not mentioned anywhere.Willing to buy this product but just stuck on this. Please help

Till now experience have been good, but Samsung should provide the nozzle for fancy taps also with the same... Or else you will have to pay for nozzle charges to installation person. Installation person will try to sell u cover and trolly also..So either prices for same should be standardized by Samsung...Since the sale person did not issued invoice for the same...

Hi I have ordered this washing machine Demo is pending washing machine is good in look.Its diffcult to install rat pad.

Flipkart purchase policy says only when the installation and demo is done by Manufacturer authorized technician, warranty on the product is valid else, it will be void. But Authorized technician visit is delayed and the new product just sits in home unused for almost 20 days.

Worst experience with flipakrt and Samsung.. I was following from last one week ,still installation not done.. Without my knowledge, they have cancelled installation..

Its damaging the stiches of cloths. I regret buying it. Planning to resale just after using for four months.
