  My Samsung galaxy j3 prime doesn't support 3G or LTE service which makes the device very slow. It only supports 2G service. If this could be fixed then I'll date the device 5 stars

• J3 Prime is horrible

  this phone is so horrible and slow, I had one for a year before I bought brand new Samsung S20. I recommended for J3 Prime, don't buy it unless if you are good beginners or young people can do that for temporary. Just sold J3 Prime in a few hours ago.

  The phone's moblie network type is edge thus making it very slow over the internet Though its a good phone.
