Works well. Delivery time was more than I expected.

Having this product past 4 years without any issue, works fine for 3 4 people with 100 or 120 sf rooms, easy to carry n clean, if u work on fan mode it still provides cooler air then normal, if u add cold water then will definitely cool very good, u will feel difference of 7 to 8 degree coolness, good brand symphony n low power consumption as well. Good to buy this.

normal for small room

Good for a small room. The air vent is half closed. so be ware of that.I use it along with Fan in 10x15 room.

I have ordered this product on 27th Mar'17 and got delivered to me on 29th Mar'17. I found that the carton box was not sealed properly and looks like someone opened it. When I removed the cooler and put on I found that Swing function is not working at all. I tried both with manual and thru remote. Also the remote battery is missing. I didn't like this product and not happy with this.

Cooling effect is very limited. Preference for small rooms only.

Only name. Very bad product. Cooler pump stopped working just after one season. Company people charged too high to visit and after replacing new pump, they are providing only 3 months warranty. Disappointed with the company and their service.

Very low air flow even the set the high speed.. The air flow reaching only 3 feets.. You can buy symphony 12t instead of this product

Bad product. & services.Product is small.Product shown in photo & the one delivered to me seems to be different.Broken product was delivered to me.Please dont buy it.
