Poor ProductThe TV lasted only for 4 years from the time I bought it... Got a blue screen called the TCS service guy he says nothing can be done and asking me to go for a new TV... And took 550 just to visit. Sad this is some kind of scam of TV lasting only for less than 5 years and making people buy new TVs

Worth every penny. bought this tv a year back. hooked up to my wifi and ps4 and now the tv is going excellent! the display quality is really great!

The offer came to Prime Customers quietly on a Saturday morning. Not having heard of the brand before I researched and found out that they sell on Amazon in the US and Australia and had fairly good reviews there for the value they offer. The price for a 48 inch curved smart and Full HD TV was too good to be true with Samsung being the next option at 85,000. None the less took the plunge and I am not regretting it. Its a beautiful TV and a sheer joy to watch. The sound while being the weak part of the bargain (all similarly priced LED Tvs have that issue) is far better than the competitors such as VU. The quality of the sound is excellent even though the volume is low. Its a real steal at this price without compromising on the quality.

I have ordered the product on 20th Aug and received the product on 26th Aug..During order stage amazon guaranteed to deliver the product by 24-26th Aug, but on 26th Evening when i asked amazon people about the delivery, they said it will be delivered by 27th only, then i said i will complaint about this on amazon and there after they said that they shall deliver the same on 26th itself and at last they delivered it on 26th Aug 8.00p.m. The package was shipped from Ghaziabad and i stay at delhi, just 70 km from my home. For that amazon took 7 days..Hence 1 star for amazon delivery.Packing from TCL was good enough, hence received the product in good condition. Friends do remember to open your package and note down your TV serial number before calling TCL customer care for requesting TV installation. Package opening is also required to know whether any damage has occured on TV while transportation. ...I have requested for an installation, but i have done myself the table top installation. Update:- TV is still running perfectly just as I bought it. And yes the software now is also better and app store also gets more newer apps. Also I checked the customer care, and they were also very helpful and we're good. Perfect!!!This TV works very nicely. The curved screen provides a more realistic experience. The quality of display is great and the sound is decent too.The display is from Samsung providing a great contrast ratio and color reproduction. I also compared to my brother's Sony 40inch Full HD TV which even coated him more than it and he is also impressed with the TV very much as the contrast is more better, it comes with smart features and Color reproduction are much more better with a bigger screen and shorter price. But the TV couldn't be called as a Smart TV as all the features are not useful, but yes this was what I expect from this TV as it was priced just at Rs 37,999. The same TV with same screen quality without smart features from Samsung coasts Rs 79,999. I have compared the video quality of both the TV but I couldn't find any difference. The service provided by this company is still under work as it is just launched yet. It takes a good time of upto 3 days for TV getting installed but still at this price it is a great deal.

I purchased this product a week ago and I am very satisfied with this.. The installation guy came next day and wall mount install done perfectly. Picture and sound quality is very good. no complaints so far.
